As a sought after media guest expert on the topic of healthy choices, Stefanie's has frequent appearances on the Dr. Oz Show, PBS, Fox Media, and multiple radio programs. For three years, she hosted her own radio show, Stirring the Pot, on Hamptons NPR, WPPB 88.3FM. A workshop with by Stefanie is like no other. She cranks up the music, and when we aren't cooking, we're dancing! She is probably the most "tuned-in" person I've ever shared a kitchen with. Everything is beautifully organized, and she meets each student where they're at, guiding beginners so they can safely shed their fears and trading treasured recipes with advanced students. A+.
