Gail Rubin, CT, Humorous Death Educator, TEDx Speaker

Even though we all die, less than 30% of adults do any end-of-life planning. That means employees lose productivity, association members stress, unprepared family members scramble for information and financial resources, and no one knows what to do. It doesn't have to be that way. Gail Rubin can help your people be prepared for the only inevitability in life - and have fun doing it. Gail Rubin, Certified Thanatologist, is a pioneering death educator who uses humor and film clips to teach about end-of-life issues. She's the award-winning author of A Good Goodbye: Funeral Planning for Those Who Don't Plan to Die and Kicking the Bucket List: 100 Downsizing and Organizing Things to Do Before You Die. She's also a Certified Funeral Celebrant, coordinator of the Before I Die NM Festival, an expert in Jewish funeral traditions, a breast cancer survivor, and film connoisseur.

Wonderful Talk!

Gail's lunch talk was just perfect. Short, sweet and on point. I heard lots of positive comments and it was a great way to end a good day for the cause.

Gail attracts large crowds!

Gail provided an informative and fun lecture on various methods of burials and dispositions using funny video clips from commercials and feature films. Her lecture attracted a large crowd, and led directly to the sale of two sites in our hybrid green cemetery in the heart of Washington, D.C.

Downsize and Organize!

What a positive, informative and entertaining presentation Gail Rubin shared with a packed audience at Rest Haven Funeral Home in Rockwall, Texas, on Tuesday, September 4th. Gail is professional and relatable. All those in attendance learned, laughed and left inspired! We continue to receive wonderful feedback from folks who are now motivated to take steps to downsize, organize, and get their end of life plans in place.
